Our EST Process completes the metallurgical changes that machining and heat treating begins. Stress points occur during the manufacturing, machining and heat treating of the parts.

Our EST reduces the stress, completes the heat treat process and redirects the energy path through the part. The EST Process benefits parts that are failing prematurely, have short wear-life or are not maintaining their size and shape. We do not increase surface hardness or change the dimensions of the parts we treat.

EST2A-Diamond Treatment is the latest process PowerBrake has to offer. 100,000 mile warranty against wear, distortion or cracking.
